I had a pleasant stay at the resort spa, enjoying the spacious Royal Lanna Suite with its cozy bathroom. The service team went above and beyond, moving me to a room with a bath upon request. However, I did experience some noise from the air conditioning that took a couple of nights to address. Overall, it offered good value for money, especially given the lovely ambiance and the attentiveness of the staff.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort spa. The rooms felt spacious and were equipped with both a wet room and a bathtub, although the soundproofing could use some improvement. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our five-day stay. The dining options were quite good, featuring a variety of dishes, though the coffee was a bit lackluster. Overall, it was a good experience, but I believe there are areas that could be improved.
I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy with a lovely balcony, but they felt a bit cramped and lacked soundproofing, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. The service was fantastic, with staff always eager to assist with anything, and the dining options were pretty good overall, though there were a few misses. The location was decent, close to the night bazaar and old city, but not without its drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at the resort spa, where everything felt authentically Thai and luxurious. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the cozy bathroom was a highlight. The breakfast was particularly nice, offering a great variety, though a few more options would have made it perfect. While the staff were friendly and attentive, I did feel the services could have been a bit quicker. Overall, the price offered great value for the experience, but there's room for more improvement in the service efficiency.
I had an overall pleasant experience at the resort, thanks to the spacious and modern rooms that provided good comfort. The staff felt genuinely friendly and went out of their way to exceed my expectations. On the downside, the dining variety could be improved as the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, the fitness facilities left much to be desired with only a few cardio machines available.
